To nominate a youth for the program

Complete a youth profile form and return it to Steppin' Out, Inc.

Steppin' Out will review the profile form to determine eligibility.

A representative of Steppin' Out will visit with the youth and the
person nominating the youth. The youth will provide the guest list.

The youth will work with a Steppin' Out representative to set a date
and design their own unique celebration with friends, family, teacher,
coaches etc.
Note: Youth should be taking active steps to seek employment, further
their education, and be on the road to self-sufficiency and independent
living.
